Its location is ideal, adjacent to the center of the village and restaurant, the centre of the village and Les Remparts. Also, a stalwart castle is just around the corner. All the rooms are a nice size and well-appointed with bath and the staff is best...
Nothing to be said.

Excellent location and amiable staff were a definite plus. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Just a walk down to La Table du Patissier, where you can have lunch...

I stayed at the hotel, and I think your front desk people are a disgrace. Unfriendly, unhelpful and raging with stereotypical European attitude. I would never recommend your hotel to a friend or family member, and I will never sit foot in your hotel again. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at your hotel. You should be ashamed of the way you treat people. William McCue

This hotel is located in a very pretty village at the edge of a historical zone. It's in a quiet area but very close to the old town of Kaysersberg. The rooms have a nice view of the Vosges mountains and some even have a small balcony overlooking the green hills. The breakfast is served with stunning views and it's only a short walk to the center.
All was well.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a cozy hotel in a charming Alsace village. This hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore the area's picturesque streets and beautiful architecture. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which was a great help. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic amenities, and my room even had a small kitchenette. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast served in a sunny breakfast room, with stunning views just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient parking facilities, making it hassle-free for those travelling by car.
Everything was perfect during my stay at this hotel.
